There are mainly two kinds of search results in any search engine:

- Organic results

Sponsored Link/Pay per click is displayed much like an advertisement. (Shown Yellow in Picture) It is seen on the right side of your screen on a Google search engine page. You bid on Keywords or a search term for a specific amount per click by users searching your keywords. This form of search engine marketing drives traffic to your site quickly, but can be costly if you don’t choose your keywords correctly.An organic search is when you search for a specific keyword or key phrases. So Why is it important to be on the top of Google? According to Georgia Tech University about 50% of traffic comes from first two organic results. Not only have that 75% of traffic come from 1st Page. So it is very important to be on the first page of a search engine.

On Page Optimization: On Page optimization is what you say on your site. You need to make your site relevant to your business or niche you are focusing on. You do have to build incoming links to your site and that brings us to next topic.Off Page Optimization: Off page optimization is done through link building. More incoming links you have coming in from other high authority sites it’s better for your site. Also, creating content relevant to keywords you want to get optimized for also helps and distributing this content to high authority sites will bring you lots of quality and relevant links back to your website.
